“It is a primary axiom of science that ‘the whole is equal to the sum of it’s parts.’ It could be said that ones’ art works contain such an accumulation. The use of divine proportion is a new addition to my colourfield abstracts, as well as the return to the use of graphic source imagery which I refer to as social icons.” This compelling imagery, inspired by
different stages in human cultural development, including the stone age, bronze age and space age, has both a strong visual and social impact.
